Sal Hazday is the General Manager and SVP of US Commercial Business at Equifax. Not only does he bring a deep understanding of the commercial lending space, Sal brings over 30 years of experience across a broad range of industries and functions. Prior to Equifax, he most recently served as CEO of Harris & Harris, a private equity-backed customer service and collections firm based in Chicago, where he returned the business to profitability, built an analytics organization and infrastructure to drive data-based decisions, and shifted over 25% of the business to digital collections. Prior to Harris & Harris, Sal was COO of OppFi, an online consumer lender based in Chicago, where he grew revenue from $28M to $350M and helped take the company public. Before OppFi, Sal held multiple senior roles at ADP, including leading the $1B+ Small Business Services division. Sal started his career in technology consulting and has extensive experience in the small business market, data and analytics, technology, and outsourced business services. He is based in the Equifax office in Chicago
