Rebuilding his first lawnmower engine at the age of 5, becoming ASE Certified at the age of 18 and driving open-wheel midget and sprint cars for 20 years, horsepower courses through his veins. During his career he has recruited, developed curriculum and built organizational systems within the automotive industry.
