Chief Executive Officer
Mark Begor was named Chief Executive Officer of Equifax and a member of the Board of Directors in April 2018.
Begor previously served as a Managing Director in the Industrial and Business Services group at Warburg Pincus, a $40 billion growth-focused private equity firm with over 120 portfolio companies. He also served two years as a member of the Board of Directors at FICO.
Prior to that, Begor spent 35 years at General Electric, most recently as President and CEO of GE’s $8 billion energy management business. Before leading GE Energy Management, Mark was President and CEO of GE Capital Real Estate. He also served as President and CEO of GE Capital Retail Finance (Synchrony Financial), successfully guiding it through a period where the business doubled in size.
Begor was a senior vice president and member of GE’s Corporate Executive Council for 10 years and a GE officer for 19 years. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer at NBCUniversal Media and as GE's Investor Relations leader, where he oversaw a large number of acquisitions and dispositions.
Begor is a graduate of Syracuse University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing, and he has an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
President, Global Consumer Solutions
Beverly Anderson is the President of Global Consumer Solutions at Equifax. She is responsible for the strategy, development, growth and profitability of direct and indirect businesses serving consumers with credit, identity and financial education products and services.
For more than three decades, Beverly has built businesses and delivered significant results in the Financial Services and Payments industries. She drove consumer and small business strategies, product strategies, and enterprise growth and profitability strategies for First USA (JPM Chase), Fleet (Bank of America) and American Express. Before joining Equifax, she was the Executive Vice President of Cards and Retail Services at Wells Fargo where she led consumer credit cards, co-brand cards, loyalty solutions, retail finance, digital payments and enablement capabilities. She has also held leadership roles managing auto loans, personal lines and loans, servicing, loan operations, collections and fraud operations.
Beverly graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Business from Florida A&M University and received her MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
She currently serves as co-president of the African-American Alumni Association and received the Kenneth A. Powell Award for Professional Achievement from the HBS African-American Student Union in 2019. Beverly is a former chair of the Card Policy Council of the American Banker Association and is a former Board Chair of the Council of Urban Professionals. Black Enterprise named Beverly one of its Most Powerful Women in Corporate America in 2019.
SVP Of Corporate Development
Sunil Bindal is the SVP of Corporate Development, leading Equifax’s acquisition program globally to bring new data assets, capabilities and opportunities to drive growth.
Bindal joined Equifax in October 2020. Before joining Equifax, Bindal acted as SVP, Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Development at Total System Services (TSYS), as well as VP of Corporate Development at Broadridge Financial Solutions. Prior to his corporate development roles, he spent 9 years in investment banking at Credit Suisse in its Technology M&A group in New York.
Bindal earned his Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, dual Master of Science degrees in Computer Science and Chemical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Carla Chaney is Chief Human Resources Officer at Equifax. Chaney has global accountability for the Human Resources function, focusing on attracting, retaining and developing our people, and supporting a high-performance culture where diverse talent thrives.
Prior to Equifax, Chaney served as Executive Vice President, Human Resources & Communications, at Graphic Packaging International, with a significant portion of her role focused on building and developing talent to ensure the company’s profitable growth. During her tenure at Graphic Packaging, the company successfully transformed its portfolio through acquisitions and innovation, moving into a global packaging leadership position. Before Graphic Packaging, Carla held U.S. and international-based executive roles at Exide Technologies, Newell Rubbermaid, and Georgia Pacific.
Carla is currently a Board member for the Atlanta-based Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE), whose focus is inspiring and empowering black entrepreneurs.
Chaney earned her bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University. She also completed the Chief Human Resources Officer Development program at Cornell.
Chief Information Security Officer
As the Chief Information Security Officer, Jamil Farshchi is responsible for ensuring the security of the company’s digital assets as well transforming the Equifax cybersecurity program into a world-class capability. Farshchi, an award-winning change leader, has spent his career building industry-leading cybersecurity programs to protect some of the world’s most sensitive assets, particularly in times of urgent need.
Most recently, Farshchi, in his role as CISO, successfully led a similar rebuilding effort to mature The Home Depot into an information security leader following what was one of the largest cyber breaches in history. Prior to The Home Depot, Farshchi was named the first CISO at Time Warner Inc. in 2014, and was responsible for the defense of entities such as Warner Bros., CNN, and HBO.
Before taking on his role at Time Warner, Farshchi was the VP of Global Information Security at Visa, where he was responsible for protecting over $7T of payment card transactions annually and transforming Visa’s cyber program into one of the most mature within the financial services industry.
In 2009, Farshchi served as the CISO at the Los Alamos National Laboratory with responsibility for defending some of the United States’ most sensitive national security and nuclear weapon assets. He has also served in a variety of risk, operational, and technology leadership roles at organizations including Sitel Corp., NextWave Wireless, and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Institute for Information Security and Privacy at Georgia Tech, and the Piedmont Park Conservancy, and is also a mentor in the Columbia University Technology Management program.
Farshchi holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a master’s degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He also completed the Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development.
Corporate Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
John Gamble is the Chief Financial Officer of Equifax and is responsible for all financial functions including corporate finance, investor relations, accounting, audit, tax and treasury. Gamble was named to the position in May 2014 when he joined the company.
Previously, Gamble was executive vice president and chief financial officer for Lexmark International, Inc., where, in addition to corporate finance functions, he was responsible for the company’s investor relations, information technology, strategy and development; and internal audit and security functions.
Prior to Lexmark, he was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Agere Systems, Inc. Before that, Gamble held finance leadership roles with AlliedSignal, Inc., and then Honeywell International, Inc., following the merger of the two companies. Earlier, he served in a variety of finance capacities with General Motors. Gamble began his career as an electrical engineer with Bethlehem Steel Corporation.
Gamble holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University and a master's degree in business administration from Columbia Business School.
Senior Vice President, Investor Relations
Dorian Hare is the SVP of Investor Relations, leading Equifax’s strategic dialogue and communications with the investment community and Wall Street research analysts.
Prior to joining Equifax, Hare acted as SVP of Investor Relations at Moody’s. He also held leadership roles in financial planning and corporate development at Mastercard and Carestream Health. He began his career in investment and corporate banking, with tenures of increasing responsibility at various institutions including Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and Bank of America.
Hare earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, and an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer
Julia Houston is the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer with responsibility for overseeing the company’s Marketing, Strategy, Communications, Risk & Compliance and Privacy efforts to create end-to-end growth solutions.
Houston joined Equifax in October 2013 and previously served as the Senior Vice President, U.S. legal, where she led the legal team supporting the three U.S. businesses. Before joining Equifax, she was Senior Vice President, general counsel and corporate secretary at Convergys Corporation, as well as Senior Vice President, general Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and corporate secretary at Mirant Corporation.
Houston holds a juris doctor degree summa cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
Corporate Vice President, Chief Legal Officer
J. Kelley joined Equifax as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Vice President in 2013. He has responsibility for legal services, global sourcing, compliance, government and legislative relations, and corporate governance.
Before joining Equifax, Kelley was a senior partner at King & Spalding in its corporate practice group, where he practiced a broad range of corporate finance transactions and securities matters, and advised public clients regarding SEC reporting and disclosure requirements, among other corporate governance and compliance matters.
As part of his focus on corporate governance, Kelley was instrumental in helping create the Lead Director Network, a group of lead directors, presiding directors and non-executive chairmen from many of America's leading companies that meets to discuss how to improve the performance of their corporations and earn the trust of their shareholders through more effective board leadership.
Kelley has been recognized as one of The Best Lawyers in America, one of America's Leading Lawyers by Chambers, and one of Georgia's Super Lawyers by Atlanta Magazine.
He graduated summa cum laude from Hamilton College where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and he received his juris doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
Chief Technology Officer
Bryson Koehler is Chief Technology Officer at Equifax. In his role, Koehler is responsible for leading Equifax’s global information technology strategy and development and working closely with the company’s product, data, and analytics teams to drive technology and speed into product and data insights delivery to customers and partners.
Previously, Koehler was Chief Technology Officer for IBM Watson and Cloud Platform, where he led a global team of cloud engineers, architects, security professionals, product and offering managers, technical communications specialists, research and development activities and operational systems reliability engineers. With Koehler’s support, IBM reset its core strategic direction to be cloud-native and has radically advanced its cloud capabilities. By driving technical and cultural change and the way the company designed, built, and operated its core technology assets, Koehler helped accelerate IBM’s transformation. With security being a central priority for IBM, he brought all of the security teams together to ensure IBM had the world’s most compliant cloud, strengthening the company’s technical credibility.
Prior to his role at IBM Watson and Cloud Platform, Koehler was Chief Technology and Information Officer at The Weather Channel Companies (TWCC), before it was acquired in 2015 by IBM. In this position, he was responsible for setting the strategic vision, development, technical operations, financial planning and execution of all technology initiatives for TWCC. Under his leadership, the company launched its largest public, cloud-based API platform and migrated from 13 legacy data centers into a fully cloud-based company. Additionally, Koehler established leading partnerships with global technology companies such as Google, Apple, and Microsoft, as well as an independent developer network.
Before joining TWCC, Koehler served as Senior Vice President of Global Revenue and Guest Technology at the Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG). At IHG, he oversaw a direct team of almost 500 technology resources across seven countries that defined, developed, and operated products and platforms that delivered $25 billion in annual revenue.
Koehler holds bachelor’s degrees in political science and communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He serves on the Boards of Directors of Atlanta Habitat for Humanity and the Technology Association of Georgia, and has provided long-time service to the Georgia CIO Leadership Association and TechBridge.
Equifax U.S. Information Solutions Chief Revenue OfficerSenior Vice President – Global Partnerships
Joy Wilder Lybeer is United States Information Services (USIS) Chief Revenue Officer and SVP of Global Partnerships. Joy focuses on accelerating all non-mortgage revenue for the USIS business. She holds revenue and customer responsibility across the USIS Automotive, Financial Services, Communications and Energy, Insurance, Big Tech and Public sectors. She has responsibility for the Equifax Global Alliances and Channel Partnerships Group, Inside Enterprise Sales and new business development.
Prior to her current role, Joy has served as the leader of Enterprise Alliances, Equifax Financial Services Group and has also held enterprise responsibility for the company’s Auto vertical and Retail Banking practice, where revenues more than doubled during her tenure. Before joining Equifax in 2009, Joy served as EVP and head of Retail Branch Banking for SunTrust Bank (now Truist Financial Corp.), and served on the Company’s Executive Management Committee as Chief Strategy Officer.
Wilder Lybeer earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and English from Wofford College where she graduated Summa Cum Laude as the class valedictorian.
Chief Product Officer
Cecilia Mao joined Equifax in May 2020 as Chief Product Officer, with a mission of driving new product innovation as the center of our business strategy.
Before joining Equifax, Cecilia was Vice President of Product at Oracle Data Cloud. She led teams in business strategy, product management and delivery for consumer and digital identity resolution, data management platform, consumer behavior analytics platform, digital audience-targeting products and data marketplace.
Prior to Oracle, Cecilia held product management roles on decision and analytics products from originations, account management, and collections and recovery for over a decade at FICO and Verisk Analytics. She has deep experience in accelerating revenue through new products and solutions, driving large-scale organizational change, and anticipating market dynamics to create new products and segments.
Cecilia holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley.
Lisa is the President of Equifax International accountable for more than a $1B of annual revenues across 24 countries. She and her team are delivering insights fueled by unique data, analytics and technology to customers across several industries including financial services, telco/utility, government, auto and the SME space. Prior to this role, Lisa acted as Managing Director for two of the largest international regions, Canada and Australia/New Zealand. Most recently, she reinvigorated the recently acquired Australia/New Zealand business by focusing on customers and engaging the team in Equifax's global transformation initiative.
Prior to joining Equifax, Lisa was Vice President of Global Scoring Solutions for FICO, overseeing the sale and delivery of scoring services to clients worldwide. While at FICO, she held a variety of executive leadership positions within market strategy, product management, direct and channel partner sales, regulatory compliance and business operations. In addition to her work at FICO, Lisa held executive positions with FIS and Deluxe Corporation.
Lisa earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota and a master’s degree in New Venture Management at the University of St. Thomas.
President, Workforce Solutions
Rudy Ploder leads the company’s Workforce Solutions business, which is a leading provider of human resource, compliance, analytics and verification services. An insights-driven organization, the business helps U.S. employers strategically manage their workforces and also helps credit lenders effectively mitigate risk.
Prior to leading Workforce Solutions, he led U.S. Information Solutions at Equifax and was responsible for all U.S.-based services that provide businesses with consumer and commercial information and insights, specifically related to risk management, fraud, marketing and a variety of industry-specific solutions.
Ploder also led the company’s International unit with responsibility for all aspects of operations in eleven countries in Latin America, Europe and Canada.
Prior to joining Equifax in 2004, he held executive positions with MCI, SkyTel Communications, MobileComm and SBC Communications where he served in both corporate development and expansion-focused roles.
Ploder holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Buenos Aires University, Argentina, and a master’s degree in business administration from Kansas State University.

Sid Singh joined Equifax in February 2019 as president of its largest business unit, United States Information Solutions. In his role, reporting directly to the CEO, Sid is responsible for leveraging the company’s unique data assets, technology, analytics, and expertise to create unparalleled insights to help businesses and consumers make more informed financial decisions.
An established and recognized authority in financial technology, Sid joined Equifax from Global Payments Inc., where he served as group president of Integrated Solutions & Vertical Markets.
He joined Global Payments in 2006 and was instrumental in developing the technology and software-led business strategies that helped transform the company into a highly differentiated payments leader. He also led the acquisition and integration of multiple businesses and held executive leadership roles there including senior vice president of Global Product, as well as vice president and regional head of Asia Pacific.
Most recently, Sid was responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s international software business, including sales, marketing, product, research and development, and operations. During his tenure, Sid achieved impressive results by opening new vertical markets, delivering advanced analytics platforms, and developing new solutions in multiple industry verticals.
Prior to his work with Global Payments, Sid held senior management positions with HSBC and Citibank. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Punjab Technical University and an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology.

Based in New York, he was Vice Chair of Assurance Services of Ernst & Young LLP from 2009 to July 2014, and Americas Vice Chair until his retirement in September 2014. Hough joined Ernst & Young in 1978 and became a partner in 1987. During his career at Ernst & Young, he led various teams across the firm, including serving as Vice Chair and Southeast Area Managing Partner from 2000 to 2009 and Vice Chair of Human Resources from 1996 to 2000.

From January 2014 to May 2016, Marcus was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Time Warner Cable Inc. Smith serves as president,chief executive officer and board chair of WEX, a global payment processing and information services provider. Since she assumed the role of CEO in 2014, WEX revenue has doubled as Smith drove the company’s strategic growth, overseeing major acquisitions, technology investments and international expansion.
