Mark Begor was named Chief Executive Officer of Equifax and a member of the Board of Directors in April 2018.

Before joining Equifax, Begor served as a Managing Director in the Industrial and Business Services group at Warburg Pincus, a $40 billion growth-focused private equity firm with more than 120 portfolio companies. He also served for two years as a member of the Board of Directors at FICO.

Prior to that, Begor spent 35 years at General Electric, most recently as President and CEO of GE’s $8 billion energy management business. Before leading GE Energy Management, Mark was President and CEO of GE Capital Real Estate. He also served as President and CEO of GE Capital Retail Finance (Synchrony Financial), successfully guiding it through a period where the business doubled in size.

Begor was a Senior Vice President and member of GE’s Corporate Executive Council for 10 years and a GE officer for 19 years. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer at NBCUniversal Media and as GE's Investor Relations leader, where he oversaw a large number of acquisitions and dispositions.

Begor has served on the Board of Directors at NCR Corporation since February 2020 and was elected Independent Lead Director in March 2021. He is also on the Board of Trustees at both Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Foundation.

Begor is a graduate of Syracuse University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing, and he has an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Sunil Bindal is Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, leading the global Equifax acquisition program to bring new data assets, capabilities and opportunities to drive growth.

Prior to Equifax, Bindal acted as Senior Vice President, Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Development at Total System Services (TSYS), as well as Vice President of Corporate Development at Broadridge Financial Solutions.

Prior to his corporate development roles, he spent nine years in investment banking at Credit Suisse in its Technology M&A group in New York.

Bindal earned his Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, dual Master of Science degrees in computer science and chemical engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Prior to Equifax, Chaney served as Executive Vice President, Human Resources & Communications, at Graphic Packaging International, with a significant portion of her role focused on building and developing talent to ensure the company’s profitable growth. During her tenure at Graphic Packaging, the company successfully transformed its portfolio through acquisitions and innovation, moving into a global packaging leadership position. Before Graphic Packaging, Carla held U.S. and international-based executive roles at Exide Technologies, Newell Rubbermaid, and
Georgia Pacific.

Carla is currently a Board member for the Atlanta-based Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE), whose focus is inspiring and empowering black entrepreneurs.

Chaney earned her bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University. She also completed the Chief Human Resources Officer Development program at Cornell.

Jamil Farshchi is Chief Information Security Officer of Equifax. Farshchi joined Equifax in 2018 and led an unprecedented transformation of the company’s security and technology capabilities, transforming the Equifax cybersecurity program into a world-class capability.

Prior to Equifax, Farshchi was Chief Information Security Officer at The Home Depot, where he led the security turnaround for the Fortune 50 company following a high-profile data breach. He also previously served as Chief Information Security Officer of Time Warner, where he defended the company’s premier networks such as Warner Bros., CNN and HBO; Vice President of Global Information Security for Visa, where he secured more than $7 trillion of payment card transactions annually; and Chief Information Security Officer of the Los Alamos National Laboratory,
where he protected some of the most sensitive national security and nuclear weapon assets in the U.S. Farshchi began his career at NASA protecting emerging technologies, eventually becoming the agency’s Deputy Chief Information Assurance Officer.

Farshchi serves on the Board of Directors for the National Technology Security Coalition, as well as the Institute for Information Security and Privacy at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Farshchi holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Oklahoma and a master’s degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He also completed the Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development.

John Gamble is the Chief Financial Officer at Equifax and is responsible for all financial functions, including corporate finance, investor relations, accounting, audit, tax and treasury, as well as global procurement, real estate, and the Equifax shared service center in Costa Rica.

Previously, Gamble was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Lexmark International, Inc., where, in addition to corporate finance functions, he was responsible for the company’s investor relations, information technology, strategy and development; and internal audit and security functions. Prior to Lexmark, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Agere Systems, Inc. Before that, Gamble held finance leadership roles with AlliedSignal, Inc., and then Honeywell International, Inc., following the merger of the two companies. Earlier, he served in a variety of finance capacities with General Motors. Gamble began his career as an electrical engineer with Bethlehem Steel Corporation.

Gamble holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University and a master's degree in business administration from Columbia Business School.

Prior to joining Equifax, Hare acted as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Moody’s. Prior to Moody's, he held positions relating to corporate financial planning and corporate development at Mastercard and Carestream Health. He began his career in investment and corporate banking, with tenures of increasing responsibility at various institutions including Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and Bank of America.

Hare holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Southern California, and an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Julia Houston serves as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer, responsible for ensuring strong alignment across the enterprise with the company's EFX 2023 Strategy. In addition, she oversees Communications,  Compliance & Privacy and Enterprise Risk.

Houston joined Equifax in 2013 and previously served as Chief Transformation Officer for three years, overseeing the company's response to the 2017 cyber incident. Prior to that, Houston held the position of Senior Vice President, U.S. Legal, where she led the legal team supporting the U.S. Information Solutions, Workforce Solutions and Global Consumer Services business units.

Before joining Equifax, Houston was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Convergys Corporation, as well as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary at Mirant Corporation.

She currently serves as Board Chair for the non-profit organization CHRIS 180, a behavioral health organization committed to addressing the social determinants of health to help individuals, children and adults. Houston also serves on the boards of the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta, Leadership Atlanta and the Atlanta Police Foundation.

Houston holds a Juris Doctor degree summa cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law and a bachelor’s degree with distinction from the University of Virginia.

J. Kelley joined Equifax as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Vice President in 2013. He has responsibility for legal services, global sourcing, compliance, government and legislative relations, and corporate governance.

Before joining Equifax, Kelley was a senior partner at King & Spalding in its corporate practice group, where he practiced a broad range of corporate finance transactions and securities matters, and advised public clients regarding SEC reporting and disclosure requirements, among other corporate governance and compliance matters.

As part of his focus on corporate governance, Kelley was instrumental in helping create the Lead Director Network. The network is made up of lead directors, presiding directors and non-executive chairmen from many of America's leading companies who meet to discuss how to improve the performance of their corporations and earn the trust of their shareholders through more effective board leadership.

Kelley has been recognized as one of The Best Lawyers in America, one of America's Leading Lawyers by Chambers, and one of Georgia's Super Lawyers by Atlanta Magazine.

He graduated summa cum laude from Hamilton College, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his juris doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Bryson Koehler is Chief Technology Officer at Equifax, where he leads the Product and Technology organizations. He is recognized for creating positive change within the organization through innovative technology and relentless relationship-building.

Prior to joining Equifax, Koehler drove efforts to bring IBM Watson together with a full suite of cloud-native capabilities as a common platform aimed at providing world-class, developer-friendly cognitive tools. These efforts culminated in the relaunch of IBM Watson and Cloud Platform. Additionally, he was Chief Technology and Information Officer at The Weather Channel Companies (TWCC) before it was acquired in 2015 by IBM.

Koehler is an active member of Georgia’s technology community, and serves on the Boards of Directors for the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and the Atlanta Chief Information Officer (CIO) Advisory Board. He also sits on the Board of Directors for Realogy Real Estate Services, and serves on its Technology and Data Committee.

Koehler holds bachelor’s degrees in political science and communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Joy Wilder Lybeer is U.S. Information Solutions (USIS) Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships at Equifax. In this capacity, Wilder Lybeer focuses on accelerating all non- mortgage revenue for the USIS business. She holds revenue and customer responsibility across the USIS automotive, financial services,
communications and energy, insurance, big tech and public sectors. Wilder Lybeer has responsibility for the Equifax Global Alliances and Channel Partnerships Group, Inside Enterprise Sales and new business development.

Prior to her current role, Wilder Lybeer served as the leader of Equifax Enterprise Alliances, Financial Services Group and also held enterprise responsibility for the company’s auto vertical and retail banking practice, where revenues more than doubled during her tenure.

Before joining Equifax in 2009, Wilder Lybeer served as Executive Vice President and head of Retail Branch Banking for SunTrust Bank (now Truist Financial Corp.), and served on the company’s Executive Management Committee as Chief Strategy Officer.

Wilder Lybeer earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and English from Wofford College, where she graduated summa cum laude as class valedictorian.

Prior to joining Equifax, Mao was Vice President of Product at Oracle Data Cloud, where she led teams in business strategy, product management and delivery for identity, data management platform and digital audience-targeting products. She has deep experience in accelerating revenue through new products and solutions, driving large-scale organizational change, and anticipating market dynamics to create new products and segments.

Lisa Nelson is President of International at Equifax, accountable for more than $1 billion of annual revenues across 24 countries. She and her team are delivering insights fueled by unique data, analytics and technology to customers across several industries that include financial services, telco/utility, government, auto and corporate clients.

Previously, Nelson acted as Managing Director for two of the largest international regions, Canada and Australia/New Zealand. Most recently, she reinvigorated the recently acquired Australia/New Zealand business by focusing on customers and engaging the team in Equifax's global transformation initiative.

Prior to joining Equifax, Nelson was Vice President of Global Scoring Solutions for FICO, overseeing the sale and delivery of scoring services to clients worldwide. While at FICO, she held a variety of executive leadership positions within market strategy, product management, direct and channel partner sales, regulatory compliance and business operations. In addition to her work at FICO, Nelson held executive positions with FIS and Deluxe Corporation.

Nelson is a graduate of University of Minnesota, and earned her master’s degree in New Venture Management at the University of St. Thomas.

Rudy Ploder is President of Workforce Solutions. This Equifax business unit is a leading provider of human resource,compliance, analytics and verification services. An insights-driven organization, Workforce Solutions helps U.S. employers strategically manage their workforces and also helps credit lenders effectively mitigate risk.

Prior to leading Workforce Solutions, Ploder led U.S. Information Solutions at Equifax and was responsible for all U.S.-based services that provide businesses with consumer and commercial information and insights, specifically related to risk management, fraud, marketing and a variety of industry-specific solutions. Ploder also led the company’s International unit, with responsibility for all aspects of operations in 11 countries in Latin America, Europeand Canada.

Prior to Equifax, Ploder held executive positions with MCI, SkyTel Communications, MobileComm and SBC Communications, where he served in both corporate development and expansion-focused roles. 

Ploder holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural engineering from Buenos Aires University, Argentina, and a master’s degree in business administration from Kansas State University.

Sid Singh is President of U.S. Information Solutions at Equifax. In this role, Singh is responsible for leveraging the company’s unique data assets, technology, analytics and expertise to create unparalleled insights to help businesses and consumers make more informed financial decisions.

Singh joined Equifax from Global Payments Inc., where he served as group president of Integrated Solutions & Vertical Markets and was instrumental in developing the technology and software-led business strategies that helped transform the company into a highly differentiated payments leader. Singh also led the acquisition and integration of multiple businesses, and held executive leadership roles there including Senior Vice President of Global Product, as well as Vice President and regional head of Asia Pacific.

During his tenure with Global Payments, Singh was responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s international software business, including sales, marketing, product, research and development, and operations. He achieved strong financial results by opening new vertical markets, delivering advanced analytics platforms, and developing new solutions in multiple industry verticals.

Singh has also held senior management positions with HSBC and Citibank. He currently serves on the Boards of Paya, a U.S. payment processor; VantageScore LLC; and the Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA).

From 2012 to 2016, Wilson was chief data officer at American International Group, Inc. (AIG), with responsibility for the firm's data program and next generation data infrastructure. Prior to that, Wilson was chief data officer of Citigroup and Global Head of Decision Sciences responsible for spearheading new analytical capabilities companywide from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, Wilson was global head of innovation and advanced technology at Kaiser Permanente with responsibility for overseeing the strategies and implementation of leading-edge data-driven analytical programs.
