If you have a monthly subscription product, you will be charged on or around the same date each month until you cancel.
For instance, if you purchase the product on the 15th of the month, your renewal date will be the 15th of each following month. If you purchase a product on the 31st day of the month, the renewal date will be the 30th or 31st of each subsequent month, depending on how many days are in the month (in February, renewals will be on the 28th for products purchased on the 29th, 30th or 31st).
If you pre-pay for a fixed number of months, your subscription product will renew at the end of the pre-paid period. Thirty calendar days before your renewal date, we will notify you via email that your product will be renewed unless you notify us (by phone or online) that you wish to cancel.
