How does the primary adult member view the masked alerts in the Family Plan product?
If you are a Family Plan subscriber and add a minor child, you will need to provide legal documents proving your parentage or legal guardianship of the minor child before you can view alert details. Until your parentage or legal guardianship is verified, you will receive "masked alerts," which do not provide details.

Once the information is approved, any alerts for that minor child will be sent in full text ONLY to the primary adult member. The additional adult on the plan will NOT be able to see the minor child's alerts.
