Your username is the email address you used to set up your myEquifax account. If you forgot your myEquifax password, click on "Need Help Signing In?" to verify your identity and set up a new password.
If you forgot your Lock & Alert password, click on 'Forgot password?' and an email will be sent with instructions to reset your password.
