I am not receiving alerts -- is the product working?

You will only receive alerts if certain activity occurs as described in your Equifax product. If none of these activities occur, you will not receive an alert.

If there has been recent activity on your accounts that you believe should have triggered an alert, but you have not received one, you might want to check the spam or junk folders in your email and double-check the email address you used to enroll in your Equifax product.
