A new integration with Namely, one of the leading HR platforms for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs), is the latest step by Equifax Workforce Solutions to put the power of The Work NumberⓇ database in service to more small and medium organizations and their employees. Namely customers can now enjoy streamlined, automated transfer of information to credentialled verifiers requesting employment and income data for consumer decisions on behalf of their employees.
Equifax maintains a powerful suite of data insights including The Work Number database, which is the industry-leading, centralized commercial repository of income and employment information in the U.S. More than one million employers nationwide appreciate the reduction in verification tasks and the privacy that automated verifications offer. At the same time, their employees benefit from no longer having the cumbersome process of tracking down and providing pay stubs to lenders, landlords and social service agencies.
On any given day, more than half a million verification requests are handled quickly through The Work Number database, helping eliminate the need for manual processes and often supporting faster decisions for consumers. This approach is designed to help maximize consumer opportunities and enable key feature functionality to activate more seamless within employer and payroll provider platforms.
