It is comprised of 6 tiers that reflect estimated assets invested by small businesses up to $20 million.

Small Business Assets Range $100,000 - $249,999
Target small businesses whose estimated assets are likely to be between $100K and $250K.
Small Business Asset Range $50,000 - $99,999
Target small businesses whose estimated assets are likely to be between $50K and $100K.
Small Business Asset Range $25,000 - $49,999
Target small businesses whose estimated assets are likely to be between $25K and $50K.
Small Business Asset Range $10,000 - $24,999
Target small businesses whose estimated assets are likely to be between $10K and $25K.
