The EFX.AI Advantage of the Equifax Cloud™

February 26, 2026

BUILDING ON THE MOMENTUM OF 2025, EQUIFAX HAS PIVOTED TO LEVERAGING ITS NEW CLOUD CAPABILITIES to accelerate New Product Innovation (NPI) by leveraging differentiated data assets, and investing in new products, data, analytics, and EFX.AI capabilities that are expected to drive growth in 2026 and beyond. In 2025, with 90% of the company’s revenue in the Equifax Cloud™, the company has pivoted from building to leveraging the cloud and accelerating its use of AI in new products.

In 2025, Equifax launched 100% of its new models and scores powered by EFX.AI. These new models and scores drove strong incremental lift to traditional, non-AI models and scores — an outstanding nearly 30% lift over legacy models. This level of performance improvement demonstrates that the Equifax AI strategy is providing superior predictive value. The organization is leveraging AI to help its customers identify clear and actionable insights. Relatedly, Equifax now has over 400 secured or pending AI patents, with over 40 new AI patents added last year.

Enabled by its proprietary data and strong momentum with EFX.AI, Equifax had another very strong year for NPI rollouts, with a record 2025 Equifax Vitality Index (VI) of 15%, which was 500 basis points above the company’s long-term 10% goal, equating to about $900 million of new product revenue during the year. Proprietary data is the foundation of the company’s highly differentiated products and analytical and decisioning capabilities — enabling customers to generate the unique insights and solutions needed to grow their businesses while effectively mitigating risk.

The organization expects strong double-digit VI to continue in 2026 and to be above its 10% long-term goal, leveraging its cloud capabilities to drive new product rollouts using proprietary data and EFX.AI capabilities.

The number of new products launched using EFX.AI is up threefold since 2023. One of these new solutions is Equifax Ignite® AI Advisor. Powered by a secure Agentic-AI enabled data and analytics engine on the Equifax Cloud, Equifax Ignite AI Advisor uses a lender's own data, alongside data provided by Equifax, to create clear, actionable insights to help lenders pinpoint new opportunities, grow accounts, and make confident informed decisions at speed on one platform. Following the successful U.S. rollout, the company is introducing Equifax Ignite AI Advisor to its global markets in 2026.

As Equifax scales adoption across its broader developer population, the gains seen from its AI and cloud-native infrastructure compound; translating to accelerated product delivery, faster response to market opportunities, and improved return and capacity through inside research & development and technology spend.
