The Inaugural Equifax Social Services Outlook Index offers a look at the current sentiment of government caseworkers nationwide. Created by surveying 500 federal, state and local employees supporting programs like SNAP and Medicaid, the infographic highlights the increasing importance of data and automation in public service delivery, as 57% of employees believe advancements in automation, as well as more access to data and technology will increase their workplace efficiency in the coming year.
