Why was I charged for my annual Equifax product again?

We email an Annual Subscription Reminder approximately 30 days before the renewal date to let you know that your subscription will automatically renew for another 12 months, unless you cancel. If you did not receive this renewal email, please check or spam or junk folder. You may also want to verify the email address you provided for your account is correct by signing into myEquifax/My Account. You can cancel at any time within your myEquifax account, or by calling Customer Care at (866) 243-8181.
