What is the Paid Product Cancel Policy?
You may cancel your product at any time within your account settings. Tap the profile icon/My Account at the top right corner of your dashboard. In My Account, you can view your current product and cancel.
You can also cancel your product by phone by calling 1-866-349-5208, between 9am and 9pm ET, Mon – Fri and between 9am – 6pm ET, Sat – Sun.
If you have an annual/prepaid 12-month term subscription, you will receive a refund based on the original purchase price and the number of fully unused months still available for your product.
If you have a monthly subscription and you’ve prepaid through the end of your current billing cycle, Equifax® will schedule the cancellation at the end of your billing cycle prior to being charged. You will have access to your product until the date of cancellation.
There are no partial month refunds for both annual and monthly subscriptions.
