  • We have developed new Response offerings. Response DIGITAL helps businesses of all sizes create and maintain effective customer relationships in a socially distanced society; Response CREDIT RISK helps lenders and marketers understand what’s happening with their customers at a market level; and Response EMPLOYMENT & INCOME helps risk managers understand people’s economic situation, allowing them to reduce portfolio risk and best meet consumers’ needs.
  • We have built new solutions to help commercial customers navigate the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). Our new PayNet P3 Loan Forgiveness Report is designed to give lenders a fast, efficient and reliable way to manage the complex forgiveness process for the unprecedented number of small business loans under the PPP.
  • Our popular Market Pulse webinar series, providing key insights on the COVID-19 economy and consumer credit, continues on Thursdays each week. Tomorrow, June 4, at 2 p.m. ET we’ll be looking at the influence of Main Street America on the US economy.
  • Last year, our Government Services team helped nearly 30 million individuals access social service benefits in the US. Predicting an increase in need, the Equifax team has tapped customers, our partners at APSHA and our own internal experts to provide a roundtable webinar on June 11 to help state social safety net agencies navigate through the anticipated increase in applications and understand options for improved service through best practice-sharing, data and technology.
  • With our award-winning I-9 Management software suite, hundreds of employers onboarded nearly 50,000 new hires using the temporary virtual I-9 completion process outlined by DHS last month. Those employers can now complete the in-person reviews when required with our I-9 Anywhere service.
  • We launched the COVID + Credit Financial Resource Center to inform consumers on how the pandemic may be impacting their finances and credit. The site has been proven to be a useful source of information, with more than half a million visits to date. On June 10, we will hold our second consumer webinar that explores how Americans can help manage their credit and finances as the U.S. begins returning to work.
