Equifax Database Services Names Connor VP-Solutions

Wakefield, Mass. - October 15, 2009 - Equifax Database Services, a leading provider of marketing database hosting services, today announced the appointment of Ed Connor to vice president of solution architecture and strategy. In this new role, Ed will focus on identifying continual improvements and extensions to the company's solution platform to address the rapid rate of change their clients are experiencing.

Formerly vice president of client implementations and technology, Connor is a marketing database expert who has held numerous leadership roles related to solution design and architecture to implement and support client database solutions of varying scales and across many industries. "My goal is to continue to extend our solution in innovative ways, allowing our clients to benefit from an increasingly capable and pliable integrated marketing platform to align with the pace of changes in business objectives," said Connor.

"Ed's leadership comes at a time when our clients' needs are rapidly evolving due to the explosion of interactive channels that marketers must master," said Tom McGinley, general manager of Equifax Database Services. "Ed was responsible for originally designing and developing our first fully open-systems marketing database architecture, the core of our marketing database solution because it integrates best-of-breed, third party software products into a comprehensive multi-channel marketing platform. Ed's new role allows him to focus on advances in marketing technology and continue to integrate these new capabilities into solutions that let clients take full advantage of emerging internet marketing trends."
