the Equifax Inc. 2007 Annual Report and the Proxy Statement for the
2008 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting electronically over the

you (i.e., not in a brokerage account).
Approximately 4-6 weeks prior to the Annual Meeting, you will receive

e-mail with a direct link to the Annual Report and the Proxy Statement
that you can view at your convenience, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
