Equifax Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Dividend
ATLANTA - November 6, 2009 - Equifax, Inc. (NYSE: EFX), today announced that the Equifax Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share, payable on December 15, 2009, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 24, 2009.
Equifax has paid cash dividends for 96 consecutive years.
