FOCUS reports are created by temporarily appending your customer records with data from the Equifax Lifestyle Census® database. This proprietary profiling tool simulates the U.S. marketplace and allows you to compare customers’ key lifestyles and demographics to the country as a whole.

FOCUS will help create a picture of your best customers and identify more individuals who match your customer profile. 

Select Advisor™
Unlike most profile reports that treat individual attributes in isolation from each other, the Select Advisor identifies the most critical combination of characteristics that best describe specific customer groups. For example, one group might consist of individuals ages 45 - 64, income $75K+, with interest in fashion clothing, while another could be age 65+, retired with an interest in golf. Understanding these contrasts in your customer base is invaluable in fine tuning your marketing messages and designing new list test strategies.
 
Customer Predictive Analysis™
Tailor-made for all prospecting efforts, a CPA is a predictive model that isolates the look-alikes to your recent responder file within an Equifax prospect universe. CPAs can also be created on your own house files. They are highly customized models fine-tuned to find new names that mirror your very best, recently acquired customers. CPAs help acquisition and retention marketers improve response rates and expand mail volume.

Equifax List Performance Analysis™
The Equifax List Performance Analysis (ELPA) is a series of analytic tools that compare responders and non responders from a recent Equifax mailing. The objective is to find either additional lists to try or adjustments to apply to models to enhance response.

House File Optimizer™
House File Optimizer compares your best customers to the balance of YOUR database in order to isolate next-best prospects. This technique ranks records within your house file based on how closely they resemble your best customers.
