You can access your credit report(with and without the score) in five easy steps as mentioned below;

Step 1: Fill in the attached form for your Equifax Credit Information Report (with and without your Equifax Risk Score)

Step 2: Attach a self-attested copy of Identity Proof and Address Proof from the list below

Step 3A: For a Equifax Credit Information Report without your Equifax Risk Score, make a payment of Rs. 138/- (inclusive of handling charges & taxes) through Demand Draft OR

Step 3B: For a Equifax Credit Information Report with your Equifax Risk Score, make a payment of Rs. 400/- (inclusive of handling charges & taxes) through Demand Draft

Step 3C: For a 12 month subscription of your Equifax Credit Information Report with your Equifax Risk Score, make a payment of Rs. 1000/- (inclusive of handling charges & taxes) through Demand Draft and your report will be delivered to you every 3 months (4 times in the next 12 month period)

Step 4: Send the above documents through Courier/ Regular Post/ Speed Post to us

Step 5: Post receipt and validation of documents, the credit report shall be sent via courier or postal service within 7 working days on a best effort basis.

List of identity proof documents (Any one):

Copy of voters ID card

Copy of valid driving license

Copy of valid passport

Copy of PAN card

List of address proof documents (Any one):

Copy of electricity bill

Copy of landline telephone/mobile telephone bill

Copy of credit card / savings / current account / other bank account statement

Copy of gas utility bill

Copy of ration card

Guidelines for sending the above documents:

All photo copies should be self-attested

Please ensure that ID card numbers and photographs are clear and visible.

All bills should be within 3 months from the current date.

All ID proof documents with validity dates should be valid at the time of sending the request.

The name and address on the documents should be of the requestor

The address should be clear and visible

Payment details via DD

Crossed DD of Rs. 138/- in favour of "Equifax Credit Information Services Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai" payable at Mumbai with a valid date

Please mention your name and phone number behind the DD

Payment terms and conditions

Payment will be accepted ONLY through DD

In case we receive a cheque, the same will be destroyed at our end and you will be informed

Fees once paid will not be returned
