eIDconnect™ uses the same process flow as eIDCompare™ and eIDverifier™ by requesting both "in-wallet" and "out-of-wallet" information that should be known only to the customer. The application compares and analyzes multiple data elements in the information provided against the Equifax databases and other required resources. You can use this service on all inbound and outbound calls to establish identity before providing access to any sensitive information.
