INVOICE UPDATE

At Equifax Canada Co., our goal is to continue to earn your business each and every day.  In early 2014, we communicated to you that based on customer feedback, we were enhancing our invoicing system. In March 2014, you started to receive our newly redesigned invoices. We are pleased to announce that on January 17, 2015, you will experience a more user-friendly version of the Invoice Gateway - Version 7.0.  

Here is a summary of the enhancements to our invoices and invoice portal: 

  • Invoices are published in a summary format; you may access our new portal to view and/or download your invoice details (please use the Equifax CIS Detail format type when downloading detail)
  • Invoices contain your current month charges, an Adjustment summary section with any credits or debit notes processed in the current period and a Statement of Account section – which summarizes your account history – here you will see a list of your invoices with open balances.  
  • Our new portal allows you to pay your invoices online using a credit card or chequing account.

Please note that to begin using the invoice portal Invoice Gateway, a unique enrollment token is included on each invoice.
