MYTOUCHSTONE ANNOUNCES WINNER OF COMPETITION FOR FREE ANNUAL LICENSE TO FE ANALYTICS
Mark Kirby of First Financial Choice wins competition to mark the collaboration between MyTouchstone & FE Analytics designed to give financial advisers greater market intelligence
London, 7th March 2012 - MyTouchstone, the market leading IFA database operated by the wealth and investment intelligence services division of Equifax, is delighted to announce Mark Kirby of First Financial Choice in Malvern as the winner of its online competition which had over 1000 entries. Having successfully registered his details on MyTouchstone, Mark was the first name picked out of the free prize draw to win an annual license to FE Analytics, the award- winning online fund research and monitoring tool.
“The response to our online competition was phenomenal, with more than 1000 IFAs registering with MyTouchstone as a result and we are delighted to present Mark with his prize” said Geoff Greensmith, Strategic Development Director for Equifax, responsible for MyTouchstone. “This competition is just the first of a number of initiatives that we are developing with FE Analytics to provide advisers with valuable new market intelligence and we are hugely encouraged by the response.” MyTouchstone is the first truly collaborative marketing database ever constructed for the IFA sector. Powered by the collective sales data of 77 major product providers, fund managers and platforms it gives IFAs an unprecedented insight into their marketplace. New aspects such as the Fund Focus page on the MyTouchstone website, featuring a range of data reports from FE Analytics, gives IFAs unique insights into trends in their markets.
Commenting on his competition win, Mark Kirby of First Financial Choice said: “This is great opportunity for First Financial Choice and me, and will enable us to provide the support to give our clients an enhanced professional service for the on-going future.”
Geoff Greensmith continues, “The IFAs that have registered or updated their existing details on the MyTouchstone database are able to get an unprecedented insight into their marketplace and review their competition. The data is further enhanced with input from over 10,000 users which creates an information source that can transform the way IFAs promote their business. And, as a result of our partnership with FE we are also now providing a Fund Focus page on the MyTouchstone website featuring a range of data reports from FE.”
Matthew Surfleet, Commercial Director for FE, added: “The MyTouchstone competition has proved to be very successful and confirms our belief that the collaboration will be very exciting for both organisations. MyTouchstone users are now able to access a range of high quality fund information and documents from FE Analytics and a number have already gone up to subscribe to the full package from FE to use in addition to the MyTouchstone site; we look forward to developing more joint initiatives with the team at Workload that we can add in the future.”
