WORKLOAD ENHANCES TOUCHSTONE ONLINE

New partnership integrates Salesforce CRM tool to deliver a new level of intelligence

Workload Financial Business Consultants Limited, the UK’s leading provider of IFA intelligence to financial product providers, which was acquired by consumer credit and business information expert, Equifax, has announced a new partnership with Ceterna Business Solutions, a leading Salesforce consulting partner. Through the new agreement, Salesforce users can gain fully integrated access to Touchstone Online, the market leading intermediary MI and analytics solution from Workload.

Touchstone Online gives IFA sales teams an unparalleled MI suite of key new business profiles, including name, job titles, contact details and Google maps locations. Designed by sales people, the system is simple and intuitive to use, reducing the need for training. When combined with Equifax smart search matching technology, Touchstone Online can be integrated with Salesforce regardless of the quality of contact data held in Saleforce.
