Industry Credit Groups Are my customers dealing with me the same as with my competitors? Monthly Industry Credit Group meetings are an excellent opportunity for members to meet other credit professionals in similar businesses and discuss marketplace risk. Each month, Equifax operates 150 different Industry Credit Group meetings, assisting thousands of customers in the exchange of valuable credit information. Benefits
How it Works Prior to a group meeting, each group member submits company names for discussion. These names are compiled and each member is asked for their "trade experience" on each of the companies. Equifax produces a report which is reviewed at the next meeting. Those members with particular information on an account share it at the meeting. To ensure compliance with the Competition Act, Industry Credit Group meetings are held under the supervision and guidance of a senior staff member of Equifax. Want more information?
